"I had a short stay. I was only there for a concert. I didn’t have to the time to enjoy the whole weekend. For the most part things were clean. I do suggest they start looking down when cleaning and behind the trash bins in rooms. The staff were welcoming of course, the complementary coffee bar was a nice idea. "

"My stay was pretty cool. Some rooms are smaller than others. They have double rooms with full size bed and no microwave in the rooms."

"This property was clean and new. However there were only 2 towels in each guest room and no towels at the pool because they are a “residence”. However for my husband and I, our only 2 shower towels had to be taken to the pool and were wet for later use, this was a problem. Also there was a “scheduled” power outage in Houston from 7-9am that we were not Told about until AFTER we checked in. The outage lasted more like 3 hours during which time guest rooms had NO power (no generator) and there was NO hot water. Didn’t see anyone else in Houston down so not sure how accurate this was. "

"Loved the location, the amenities (pool, gym, patio with bar), and the room. Staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is mid, but I assume the actual menu items taste better. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Parking in the garage was $20 a day."

"The lobby looked like they were doing construction, cause there was plaster on the floor. The elevator had a sign on it that it was out of order. The staff person assured me that the elevated works because my room was on the third floor got to my room. the room was filthy. The refrigerator would not open. I had medication that needed to be refrigerated. Tried to call down to the front desk, the phone did not work went back downstairs and demanded to be checked out and to receive a refund. The staff person process the request so I’m asking Expedia to process my refund because of the condition of the hotel."

"This hotel lobby is entirely under renovation. Only thing there is the check in desk. This information should be on this site to let people know this ahead of time. I would not have chosen this hotel for our stay."
