"I did enjoy the fact that I received two free drink tickets. I did not like the fact that the wrong same dated and there was no refrigerator in the room. Overall it seems like they do clean but there is a need for a major upgrade."

"They are under complete construction and no one told us before hand. No breakfast 3 out of 4 of the nights, then charged us 10 dollars each for breakfast around construction mess and dust. Every morning hammers and drills all around waking us up. One elevator working, a family got stuck in it one evening. Top it all off that roof top in the pictures you see is LOCKED and CLOSED "

"I had a short stay. I was only there for a concert. I didn’t have to the time to enjoy the whole weekend. For the most part things were clean. I do suggest they start looking down when cleaning and behind the trash bins in rooms. The staff were welcoming of course, the complementary coffee bar was a nice idea. "

"Loved the location, the amenities (pool, gym, patio with bar), and the room. Staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is mid, but I assume the actual menu items taste better. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Parking in the garage was $20 a day."

"The lobby looked like they were doing construction, cause there was plaster on the floor. The elevator had a sign on it that it was out of order. The staff person assured me that the elevated works because my room was on the third floor got to my room. the room was filthy. The refrigerator would not open. I had medication that needed to be refrigerated. Tried to call down to the front desk, the phone did not work went back downstairs and demanded to be checked out and to receive a refund. The staff person process the request so I’m asking Expedia to process my refund because of the condition of the hotel."
