"Saknade kaffekokare och ett par extra glas. Man ska inte behöva använda tandborstglas till dryck. Saknade även sminkspegel och kleenex i badrummet. Inga nattygsbord vid sängarna. Gardiner fläckiga och takplattor med stora glipor och fläckar."

"Things I liked: I loved how supportive all the staff was. The common area also looked great! The breakfast was also very tasty! Things I didn’t like: My room had no natural light at all, and the bed was extremely small. I’m 1.55 m tall and weigh 55 kg, yet I still felt like I was falling off the bed while sleeping. There was barely enough space to move comfortably during the night. Can’t imagine how someone that’s taller than me would have slept there 🙈"

There are basically no amenities. -no fridge -no kettle -no air condition Why call yourself a hotel when you’re basically a motel. Barely any storage space and we are two adults and a toddler. We came from Australia to see family and we were there for three weeks. We packed big as we are in Europe for a month. When we first got there the reception was rude and...

"The room was clean, the staff was attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. Public transit is a five minute walk and restaurants are nearby. The area is very quiet on weekends"

"We went to the concert of bad bunny and we got the power banks as gifts, we leave those in the room and when we leave for a long walk we didn’t realize until the night that the power banks where not longer in the room. When we complained the staff said that they follow the case by mail (since we have to return next day in the morning), and is been 4 days since we leave and any person has reached out."
