Beautiful hotel. Excellent location. Staff very knowledgeable professional and friendly. Hotel very clean .bed amazing. Cannot recommend this place highly enough

We had very good experiences at this hotel. It was close to the places that we wanted to visit. Lovely lounge area, good choices for breakfast. From 3-5 complimentary coffee and pancakes, very good touch. Light dinner was included as well which was brilliant. Bus to and from the airport stops just outside the hotel. Brilliant hotel I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bergen for the first time.

Comfortable quiet clean hotel. Cool filtered water and hot drinks for guests in the foyer were very welcome. Breakfast was good quality with a lot of choice. Bed was very comfortable with super soft duvets and pillows. Great location too being so close to all the main sights. It was our first time in Bergen so we appreciated being able to walk to all the galleries , museums, market etc.

Rooms were on the smaller side but very clean Staff were very helpful and friendly. One person in our group has allergies and this was accommodated for at breakfast. There was a good variety of items for breakfast. The only thing missing was more of a selection of fruit. The location was great. On the water, and easy to access the amenities locally. Bergen was a beautiful place to visit. Great views.

Pleasantly surprised overall.

Good hotel. Provided breakfast bag as we needed to leave at 06:45

Great location. Lovely and helpful staff. Hotel clean

Man who checked us in was lovely and so helpful. Family room was fine - only downside is the sofa bed was very uncomfortable- springs just below the sheet. All it needs is a topper and it would be great. Breakfast was exceptional! Prob the best hotel buffet we’ve ever had. Location amazing and we caught airport bus right outside the door. Would def stay again!

Amazing hotel and staff. Sarah in front desk was super helpful and her team as well, Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great stay in a big apartment room. Had everything we need. Air con would have been useful but its not exactly tropical in Bergen so wasn't too bad. Lovely clean property with great shower.

Lovely place!

The breakfast had a great selection and clearly labelled gluten free and vegan options

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff and a comfortable room. Breakfast is also very good.

Best breakfast in Bergen. Lift out of action but receptionist carried my case up two flights of stairs. Staff very helpful and friendly. Called us a cab and let us make tea when we arrived back very wet. Really liked the ambience of the dining room beautifully decorated in modern Norwegian style. Well done we will be back.

Great room, lovely shower steaming hot water! Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. We checked out at 11.45am and we're able to leave our luggage and come back to collect later in the evening before taking night sleeper train at 11pm. Would recommend and stay again.
