"Positive: - The employee Ulrik was fantastic! He went out of his way to provide great customer service. Our oven was broken, so he personally got us pizza from a nearby shop. - Staff in general were very responsive and friendly - Ideal location - Reasonable price - Comfortable beds - Access to washer/dryer - Good hot water in bathroom Negative: - Oven was broken. (It was replaced within 12 hours, and hotel bought us pizza to compensate.) - Lots of neighborhood sounds. A high-pitched construction-ish squeaking every night starting at 9pm. On Friday night, someone had a loud party from 11pm-2am. - Front desk not staffed 24/7."

"Bergen truly captured our hearts. ❤️ Our stay at the Zander K Hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel was modern, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the beauty of Bergen. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the clean, stylish rooms, delicious breakfast, and the relaxing atmosphere after a day of enjoying Bergen’s stunning scenery, colorful harbor, and charming streets. "Excellent location, and plenty of space for our group of 3. Bedding and towels were clean and fresh. The table and countertops were not clean, but we had packed some Lysol wipes and cleaned it ourselves (there were also cleaning products in the apartment). We enjoyed the breeze from the window, nice view. Not noisy at night, we rested well. It was a short walk from the train station, and a short walk to the harbor area."
