"Everything was fabulous! Property, staff and location! Rooms were large & beautiful- turn down service was great! Special shout out to Denzil for all of his assistance when we were checking in! Truly appreciate the extra effort."

"4 stars for the specific categories you asked about, but 5 stars overall because we just really enjoyed being there. Not perfect but so much fun! In particular, re table service in the restaurant, the individual servers were great but the system needs to be improved. We didn't know if we were supposed to get full service or order at the counter and carry out items to our table, so it was awkward. A small matter in an otherwise delightful stay."

"Stayed for 4 days. Room was clean and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast provided was good with several different choices of food. Location was central to everything we were doing."

"Great location right off the main exit into downtown Windsor. Walking distance to lots of food options. Super quiet on a summer Sunday. Felt like we were the only guests there. Room was nice and comfortable, slightly worn furniture, and carpet had a smell like it needed to be shampooed, but didn’t bother us for a one-night stay. Indoor pool is nice for families - shallow pool. No hot tub. Easy garage parking. Restaurant is closed on Sundays, so we didn’t get to try it. Would definitely stay again. "

"Truly loved our stay at the Embassy suites. Staff is so kind and accommodating! this hotel has recently undergone a renovation and as such your room experience is incredible with fresh upscale linens and bath amenities. Gas fire pits on main floor rooms outdoors make for relaxing evenings with a glass of your chosen Napa wines!. The hotel also offers a complimentary happy hour with wines or mixed cocktails which brings guests out to enjoy the property. The breakfast included offers warm as well as cold items-setting you up nicely for the rest of the day. Was perfect!"
