"The a/c didn’t work in the room. They came to try and fix it but couldn’t so had to control it from Reception during our stay! Breakfast seemed very expensive for a 4 star hotel."

"Room was clean and easy check in. However the air conditioning was terrible it did not keep the room cool it kept switching itself off until I asked and apparently auto kept it on but this also kept switching off. Even when it was on it didn't really do anything. We had to open the windows and this is a very busy area so was very loud with motorbikes in particularl. The noise would have been fine if it was possible to close the windows. Spa was closed which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel with no prior warning this would be the case."

"Breakfast was bad Rooms were not ready every day until 5 pm in the afternoon The hotel had water leaks in so many places The bath plug was stuck, so empty the bath Safe battery ran out with my passport inside The electric power socket was sparking, so I had to pull out the frig plug in the middle of the night The hotel was clearly understaffed "

"The staff at reception were very helpful. The hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast was a disaster - the area was packed and it difficult to find a table, no matter what you were trying to get there was a queue or several people deep waiting, the place was noisy with tables very close together, I guess the staff were flustered because they were very short with requests for anything to the point of being rude. If you stay - don’t have the breakfast - breakfast is supposed to be relaxing - this was the opposite of that. "

"They do not accept american express, they do not change us dollars for Euros, they have a sataircase and an elevator for luggage that is uncomfortable and cumbersome, the rooms smell to humidity ."

"Lovely hotel about 20 min bus ride away from city. Its a good location situated between city and beach."

"We had a wonderful room. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was ample, though so close to the sea, as a non-meat eater, it would have been nice to have a fish dish at breakfast. It is a great location, and with the Valencia Tourist Card, we had many free public transportation options virtually at our door. It was very convenient. We loved it."
