"Toshali Royal a great host, everything during our stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious, food at the restaurant is fresh and taste good. I must say the staff really knows how to host their guest, all of them are courteous and helpful. Parking can be inconvenient at locations where they are located,but parking staff ensures there are no issues and efficiently handles the parking of your vehicle."

"I stayed with my family at the executive suite. The staff were all very helpful and always willing and eager to help. (e.g. Taking luggage to and from the room the staff insisted to leave it to them which was very nice service , room service to make up beds in the evening were fast and efficient, IT problems with TV quickly rectified, staff left plenty of water bottles when visiting the room without being asked). "Access to the mall is the only plus. Furnishings in the rooms are outdated and dirty. I never sat in a sofa before that has no back cushions to support you. No convenient electrical outlets to plug electronics or bedside medical devices like CPAP. Breakfast is same old average tasting buffet. No parking. You may get locked out if you are a late night player. Turns absolutely dark at night even the walkways and stairwells to the rooms, so keep a flashlight on hand. I give 2-3 stars, only for the...
