"Food in the restaurant was very good. Shower in my room doesn't drain very well."

"Unfortunately the room had a few issues which were rectified by Luke on reception. TV not working, in room phone not working, air con centrally controlled and not able to adjust with the sun on the window from sunrise. Have stayed before and will come back as staff always very helpful. "

"Cannot fault the hotel, great room, breakfast was super, nice and fresh, even though it was buffet style. Reception staff and breakfast waiting on people deserve a mention for their service. Hotel appeared busy, but there was no noise at night, will stay again when next in the area."

"Location is a little out of the centre but in a nice area. Check in was easy and the Room was clean and comfortable. I had a very good night sleep. All was good until breakfast. The breakfast area was filthy, most tables needed clearing when I arrived yet staff were just stood around talking. The breakfast was also dreadful, bacon was undercooked and cold, scrambled eggs were brown, cold beans and hard bread. When staff decided to start clearing tables, they were using a trolley which was absolutely caked in filth and just left it in the middle of the restaurant for diners to see. Wouldn’t stay here again"

"Parking was easy, checkin very easy. Staff helpful and very friendly. Gym and pool great but busy, room good but just 1 chair and pillow cases inside out on pillows and not covering them completely. Room quite dark with lights on but not easy to dit fien with 2 people, just one chair. So sat in the lobby"
