Great location and a very comfortable room! We had our best night of sleep here. The common areas downstairs were cozy and cutely decorated. It was a convenient location and the continental breakfast was good!
Room was clean, good size and quiet. Amenities were good (tea, coffee etc). The check in / out process was quick, simple and hassle free. The staff were courteous, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was simple but perfect for our needs. Well placed for the centre and a lovely walk to all it has to offer. Simple place, with no hassles and everything we needed.....would happily stay again.

Comfortable room
Room was comfortable and what we needed for a short break. Some of the communal areas (stairs and landing were a bit untidy but didn't affect the stay.
Enjoyed stay. Great location, close to uni, Botanic Gardens and museum. Everything very clean and comfortable. Guests lounge area lovely too and a self service breakfast.
Great location and great to have the free parking close by. Nice hotel. But no hot water from tap in bathroom and very bad drain smell in room. No fresh water in room to drink, no tissues, shower cap & soaps missing (?) Nice shower gel and conditioner in shower.
Good place to stay, central location. Rooms adequate size for short stay and clean and fresh.

Room was beautiful, as was the hotel, loved our little balcony, however, the tiles in the bathroom shower area need repair, were loose and missing grout and the mattress should be replaced
Booked last minute, easy self check-in. Nice clean room, self serve breakfast included, and self checkout the next day, was exactly what we were looking for.
Truly lovely stay! We had the privilege of room #9, sweeping views, nice restroom, and quiet. The area is walkable and the hotel staff were great. Loved every second.
Not gonna lie—the stairs weren’t fun! But everything else made up for it. The rooms were cute, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing night. We took a walk and found an amazing spot for dinner just down the street—honestly the best meal of our whole trip.
Breakfast at the hotel was quick, tasty, and just what we needed to start the day. It's a charming little place, and we'd definitely stay again if we're in the area!
Great base for university quarter, botanic gardens and Ulster Museum visit. Free parking zone. Room smaller than expected but perfectly adequate for one night (room 2). Comfy enough bed and modernised facility. Taps loose in bathroom. Polite, considerate neighbours a must due to layout.
Lovely place, good value and really, really helpful staff. A little noisy, only passing traffic on main road, but to be fair, it is a city hotel! Beautiful and convenient location. Loved the botanic garden and good eating places close by. Definitely recommend!
