We chose this hotel as a base to visit surrounding areas and for a return flight from Belfast City airport. So I was pleasantly surprised to find it was excellent. Walking into the reception area you find a lovely wooden spiral staircase. The rooms were spacious and our window looked over to the sea. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. My partner and I had a wonderful stay here. It was ideal as we landed at George best airport and it was only a short drive away. We were greeted at the front desk by this lovely gentleman who made us feel more than welcome. Helped us with where to get food despite the late hour. He even stored my partners insulin in the fridge somewhere safe. The beds were very comfortable and we had no disturbances all night. Highly recommend!!

The Europa Hotel was extremely convenient for our night in Belfast. We parked in the multistorey car park beside the hotel and got a reduction of overnight parking. Our room was ready when we checked in at 2pm and although small was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff at reception were very pleasant and the bar staff were generally friendly. We didn't eat in the hotel on this visit. I would have no hesitation staying at the Europa again.
