"The hotel reflects Expedia’s pictures. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I had the opportunity of meeting the General Manager as she has the good habit of interacting with customers to make them feel like at home, she is a very dynamic lady and a great problem solver, would definitely go back to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel."

I also stayed at Westin hotel nearby, which is terrible due to the smoke smell in the room and mould in the ceiling."

On another occasion, when my daughter’s WeChat account ran out of funds, Harry Sun helped us withdraw cash from the hotel ATM and reload the account. He also arranged our trip to the Great Wall of China, booking a car and giving us great tips—like leaving early to avoid traffic and returning by early afternoon.
