While the property rooms and common building are clean and the staff is friendly, the beds are uncomfortable, Hotels.com said there was AC and a fitness center, neither are available at the facility so my room was constantly hot. There were a couple bugs in my room. The towels are poor quality. My room was next to housekeeping so it was very loud. The wifi is the worst I've experienced at a hotel, not only could not I not do any work, but I barely could...
"An absolutely lovely hotel in a great location and with a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. We loved our stay here - especially the nice touches like free fizzy water and coffee in the lobby. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, plus the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Would definitely love to stay here when I next return to Toulouse."

The incompetent people who run the parking off site are a disgrace. Their lift is frequently out of service as are their ticketing machines. " I had a smooth check in. The staff was very agreeable and bilingual. I liked that they have water and coffee available for the guests at all times, the internet is fast and reliable and you only have to log in once to be connected throughout your stay. There is a corner store a couple meters away that closes at 8 pm and the gare and its shops is right up front. The city of Toulouse is beautiful and easy to walk around. It has everything you might need from shopping to restaurants to tea/coffee houses. I recommend the hotel and the city to visit. "
