"Don’t plan on utilizing the restaurant as you may at other resorts and hotels. The food isn’t bad but the wait times and service was horrendous. Our waitress was also the bartender and got overloaded with tickets. Forgot about us being her table. Almost everyone other person we interacted with had a bad experience at the restaurant. We did do take out pizza and breakfast burritos which were good. I would recommend take out and not dining in. Everyone also has their own interpretation of when things open and close and what is open. They no longer have Starbucks or Pizza Hut. The Canyon Grill (main restaurant) is open 8-8 Water slide opens at 1115-445 Oool grill opens at 12. Even though it didn’t open until 1240 the day we were there. Great experience overall but if I were looking to buy a timeshare (which I’m not), I would have been very tainted by the dining experiences. "

"We love it here, such a serene atmosphere just beautiful! We love having the pickleball courts, pool, wonderful walking paths and of course Peaks Restaurant. The staff is so amazing and they welcome our four legged kids 😊"

"The pool was nice. They cleaned it every morning. However, it could have used a second clean in the afternoon due to debris from trees and bugs landing in the pool The property is in the perfect location. Right next to the heart of shopping and dining. Nice bikes to ride around the beautiful old homes. The building itself needs some TLC: Fresh paint and stain in the elevators. New lawn furniture. New pool towels We were there for 4 nights. 3 out of 4 days we had no hot water. We would call the front desk and they acted like they didnt believe us. They would send maintenance up to our room and they would run the water until it got luke warm and that’s would be the best we would get. We had 1 day of hot water. We were not offered another room. No one talked to us about a solution. We had to take cold showers at 3am the morning we left for an early flight out of Ontario. Overall we will probably not go back because it felt like no one cared if we had a good experience or not. A little concern and good communication goes a long way and we didn’t get that. "

"Arrived on March 14, 2026 morning staff was not friendly and rude. We asked about an early check-in and some questions was given attitude. But then I met an afternoon staff, and she was wonderful and greeted us and helped us with our stay. She also upgraded our room to a mini suite which was nice of her. "

"Edna at check-in on Saturday was very rude. I let her know that I had read some poor reviews and wanted to check out the room and then if I wasn’t happy with it for them to switch us to a different room. I asked if she knew if there had been any maintenance done or improvements to the rooms in the last months or so. She explained we had the last room of our type, which is fine. But then she went on to say that I should ignore other people‘s opinions and make my own evaluation. Seriously when you go to yelp and 40% of your ratings are a 1 with a huge number of negative complaints from unsafe door locks to stains in comforter and drapes to bugs to rude staff, and that is her response. Her response should have been that they in fact, have replaced the locks throughout the property with swipe locks. They have replaced comforters and drapes. They have worked to improve cleanliness. She was a rude little 20 year-old. In terms of the room, those improvements have been made, which is great. The staff should tell people about it when they have questions. The Jacuzzi is great. The pool is very nice. It looks like they have replaced about 25% of the beach chairs, but the rest are still very old. In the gym, there are no dumbbells under 50 pounds. There is electrical tape wrapped around handles on chest press. There was a good variety of barbells. There was a water fountain and ice machine. The treadmill was cheap home one. Overall, it worked ok but I would never come back"

"Way overpriced for the state of this property. Cheap coffee in the room, not replenished daily. shower not really working. Restaurant terrible. If you like motel 6 this is a place for you"
