2/10 Terrible

"We walked in and there wasn't anyone at the front desk for check in. I stood around and waited for awhile, seen a bell, I rang it and nobody came out. We wait awhile longer & finally a girl came out with her cleavage showing a lot more than needed for a hotel clerk. But it is what it is. She wasnt friendly at all, not a smile, eye contact, any questions other than name & ID, zero personality. What was worse was that our ac in our room didn't work at all for hours. Finally we got it to turn on at 11pm & then it never shut off and was 66 in the room ann night. The noise level of doors slamming all night & early morning was RIDICULOUSLY LOUD!!! Our shower head was old and sprayed in every direction like a misting machine. The room also smelled like organic growth (mold/mildew). The tv was so old, color of tv was a dark blue. I will never stay at this location again."

"The a/c unit was very loud all night long! Great location, convenient to everything. Pool was nice but most of the chairs and lounge were broken. Also the hot tub did not have steps so it was near impossible to get in and out."

"The hotel was nice and the staff were quite accommodating. However, there were a few issues. The a/c was so noisy in our first room that we ended up needing to change rooms. And little issues like constantly running toilets and exceptionally loud ceiling fans in the bathroom,that came on with the light, showed up in both rooms. It’s an older property and amenities like TV’s are outdated. No SmartTV features available. The restaurant staff were especially friendly and accommodating. And the morning we ate breakfast there the food was good. Overall a nice property, just needs some updating."

"We enjoyed our stay. Nice place to stay, ample parking, safe and easy access to what we’d like. We had a standard room without the view and it was spacious for 2 queen beds and also had a sofa and writing desk. Few things to note, TV is quite old and difficult to enjoy, Just 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people is quite weird, and in the evening around 8pm, elevators were heavily fragrant which made us feel almost nauseous."

"Our room smelled. I sprayed perfume and had the cleaning lady spray her freshner all around but it still smelled. I dont know if it was the carpet or the air conditioner. But the smell would not go away. And we were there 7 days. We didn’t want to move rooms, it would just have been too hard."
