My stay at the DoubleTree Hilton was magnificent. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and attention to detail made the experience feel elevated and welcoming. Michael was exceptional every day I encountered him consistently professional, warm, and attentive. Robert was also wonderful and went out of his way to locate and save my Happy Birthday brooch, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. I’d also like to recognize Charlotte, the travel agent consultant, who was outstanding. She introduced me to the Hilton Honors app and took the time to thoroughly explain how to maximize its benefits. She was patient, informative, and genuinely invested in ensuring I had the best possible experience as a Hilton guest. The room was beautiful. I loved being on a high floor with a balcony the view was outstanding and added a sense of calm and luxury to my stay. There were a few minor maintenance details, but once mentioned, they were addressed immediately, which I truly appreciated. The staff overall was pleasant and accommodating. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again when I return.

This is my favorite hotel in Houston, love the service and breakfast is amazing. Love the Nespresso machine in the rooms and the snacks :). It feels luxurious without being pompous, staff is so nice and helpful.

Nice hotel in a central part of town. The Parker valet service was great - kind and helpful. Shout out to Basha who was awesome. The rooms were nice. With kids, wish there was a microwave where we could reheat food or even one available in the lobby downstairs. We got vouchers for breakfast and it was a bit confusing. I had added it onto our room reservation and thought we would get breakfast for each person and instead just got it for the adults. It needs to be more clear. Housekeeping, Miss our room one day and we had no towels, toilet paper, beds made. After a few attempts at the front desk, we finally got everything two hours after our request, laid into the night. This is not acceptable. Rooms were a bit dirty. Stains on the sofas and even a blood stain on our sheets. Overall, for this four star hotel, we would’ve expected better. Probably won’t return here again.
