" polite and friendly. Our room was spotless although the room seemed a bit tired and could use a bit of updating. Bar and restaurant staff were professional and friendly too. Our only peeve was that we weren't allowed to tip the staff. I dont understand why we couldn't when we felt they did a good job. "The staff are excellent. The hotel had a gym and a pool whichbis not something many London hotels have. The rooms are small but clean. For a solo business traveler, this hotel is great value for the money. I have stayed at thia hotel before and I would return without hesitating."
