The room was advertisied as having Wifi, and it did not have Wifi or cell signal. Youll have to walk by the pool area to make calls. Also the bathroom has black mold around the sink, and the shower water temperature doesn't get warm or hot. Those basic comforts make a big difference on a vacation, so I...
"The good- the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is top notch, with amazing views and plenty of comfortable beach loungers. We snorkeled at the beach and there was coral and fish very close by. We had fun during the day at the beach lounging, walking, swimming, and reading.
The bad- upon arrival, they told us we needed to pay “the other half” of what we owed. We had already paid in full on hotels.com, though apparently this was a mistake, that was supposed to only be half the price....
"The staff was super kind and helpful, they have a transfer service from and to the city by boat between 10am and 5pm. The cabin I chose had AC and the bar has quite a nice menu for food and drinks. Basic amenities but just fine, the guys will help you in whatever way they can and you won't be pestered so much by vendors.
On the other hand, they should think about installing some catch-fly lights cause insects can be really annoying, especially when eating."

"Hay ratas.. "La Negra" como le dicen a la persona responsable del lugar, brilla por su ausencia. Cuando le dijimos que había ratas en la habitacion nos dijo que ella iba a solucionarlo y despues no la vimos mas hasta que nos fuimos.
Quisimos tomar algo en el "bar" del lugar y nos dijeron que no tenian nada, que fueramos a otro.

-Il faut reclamer pour obtenir de l eau et de l Électricité
-le groupe electrogene peut fonctionner jusqu a 4 heure du matin
-probleme de communication / ils ont voulu nous faire payer 2x
- le petit déjeuner (inclu) n est jamais arrivé

The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
While the beach directly at the hotel wasn't the best, it's worth noting that there are plenty of beautiful beaches nearby that are easy to get to and definitely worth the visit.
