Firm pillows would have made it more comfortable for us. 2) The location was near an airport & noise from flights was disturbing. If the windows were more sound-proof, our experience would have been even better."

"Check in desk rude and abrupt and unwelcoming. Took 30 minutes to check in with only one guest ahead of us. Lost my luggage and panicked trying to dig through their storage room trying to find them! Otherwise, lovely property. "

"Pictures on hotels.com were of the other best western in town- it was not on the beach. Room was okay. It faced a very busy loud street with ill fitting doors- basically it was like a motel from the past. Needs updating!"

"The place is cute and location is great. The coffee machine in our room wasn’t working and the Netflix on the tv wasn’t working either. It was only one night so we didn’t bother to have them fix it. Just dont think it was worth the price. Prop not going back."
