"great rooms, nice fitness room, pool and hot tub are great"

"Need updated bed linens arrived to one bed with stains. Staff quickly changed them. But their linens are rough and scratchy too. Tub rusted and not great looking. No stopper in drain. Restaraunt and staff was excellent. Front desk manager excellent. But the head manager you reach if contacting property she is not responsive nor caring of your concerns or condition of her hotel. "

"So I had read previously about pool issues in some online reviews and so I specifically called ahead before making my booking because the whole reason I was going is so my kids could go swimming in a pool. The woman I spoke with assured me that the pool would be open and there’s no issues regarding the pool and hot tub. As soon as I arrived to check in I saw the sign for Pool Closed! I was very upset and was told that the maintenance person was supposed to come and never did, they would let me know when he came. Which I am guessing is a blatant lie to my face. The pool person never came and I am assuming never will. Very disappointed "

"This is a nice new hotel that is centrally located. I prepaid for breakfast and was told they were too busy to take any orders when we went to eat. They offered a refund (after I asked the Front desk for it) which I never received. This is full hotel vibe if that is what you are after. Clean and new bartenders are great. "
