"Excellent adjacent Parking. The hotel is historic and has a lot of charm, but of course that does lead to some maintenance issues.. there is a courtyard that loses the Sun by 5 pm. We had trouble having two showers and getting hot water.. there was limited lighting in the bedrooms. However, it was still a good hotel with the location two blocks away from Dolphin Street."

"Looked to be fairly new or recently updated. Room was very clean. Good water pressure. The first morning shower the drain was not working well. Notified the front desk and the maintenance man, “J.T.” Arrived about 10 minutes later. He replaced the drain mechanism and cleaned it out. Worked perfectly. He told us if we had any other issues to call, day or night. Very impressed. "
