"Arrived early and they allowed us to check in early every thing was clean and staff was extra friendly cons: Tv kept freezing room smelled a lil musty i febreezed the room. And turned on the air conditioner to change the air quality breakfast was ok but not the greatest but staff was Everything very nice and helpful"

"Bathroom door came off the track, complained first night nothing done, next morning completely fell falling on one guest. AC did not blow cold air, refrigerator did not cool, pool was not open, elevators only worked part time. Had to take stairs and use emergency exit at one point creating alarms to sound. Compensated with complimentary breakfast which was not good at all. Was moved to another room on second night but no compensation other than breakfast and snacks. Feel like room rate should have been reduced. Will not stay here again. Property has definitely gone done hill since my last stay 2 years ago."

"Stay at your own risk. We had cockroaches in our room. We found and killed at least 5 of them within 30 minutes of returning to the room after being out all day. There were no other rooms for us to move into, so we checked out. It was already 7 pm on a Saturday night. We got lucky and found a room at a different hotel down the street. When I asked for a refund since we weren’t staying the night, I was told I would have had to check out that morning. I didn’t know about the bugs that morning and there was no way I was going to sleep in that. I left without getting my money back. So please be aware!"

"It truly doesn't look like much on the outside, but all the salt off the ocean is the reason for that. But the inside of the rooms are pretty nice. Very clean. Have a fridge and microwave. No coffee pot tho, so that was a bummer. But the view of the ocean is beautiful. You're literally just steps away from it. Very nice and helpful owners and staff."
