"Truly exceptional. The staff is very accomodating. The property is unique. the room was fully updated and comfortable. It is easy to walk to the key attractions in Bath. The garden is meticulously kept. I especially enjoyed viewing the property from the fron (Royal Crescent) and enjoying the view of the gorgeous green in front of the Royal Crescent. Below the private green there is a public green open to all -- it is wonderful to see people enjoying the park."

"Overall is a very best hotel but the receptionists might need to work more professional and faster. Spent more than 40 mins in the queue to check out. Yet, the rest of stay were very good with polite staffs from restaurant and good cleaner with well manner. Despite the reception, this hotel is still highly recommended. "

"This was a nice, historic hotel in a central location. It was an easy walk from the train station and very close to the Roman Baths. The area right outside the hotel is bustling with activity day and night, but it was fun for people watching. The sound-proof windows help to block out the noise, so just close them all the way."
