A truly amazing experience from beginning to end. A stunning beach front resort with five star treatment.
The staff went above and beyond to make this the perfect holiday. Would recommend to anyone who is tempted to book!

The location is very good, in between chinese wet markets and 2 shopping malls - BCS and Grand Batam Mall. From our hotel, we are also able to see Singapore's MBS!!! Magnificant! But the bad thing is that the breakfast was too cold, not warm at all, didnt really take the 2nd day breakfast because it was quite bad. Hope they can improve on the food. Overall good stay!

So good on my first visit I extend stay.
Although I kept the same room the room keys got switched off.
But it was no serious problem.
Great hotel friendly staff.
I would happily stay there again.
