"Perfectly located, well-appointed rooms, quiet and comfortable stay, phenomenal breakfast, and lovely staff. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Madrid!"

"Great location in the Salamanca neighborhood. Easy to walk to places or taxis are readily available in front of the hotel. The room has character and relatively smaller. It was located in an outside courtyard, meaning you are exposed to rain walking in and out of your room. The gym is small but it has the basics. "

Clean, modern, has all the essentials you need for a short stay, comfortable pillows, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. A few blocks away from Serrano’s shopping hotspots but you can say the hotel “is in the area”. You get what you pay for."

"For a 4 star hotel it was disappointing to see there was no facilities in the room to make a cup of tea. At night I had to go downstairs to the bar and pay 2.50 Euros each time i would want a cup of tea…But they have a full stock up mini bar with alcoholic drinks which to me was useless. Not even a complimentary water bottle on arrival"
