"The shuttle worked well. In fact, it was about the only thing that did! Checking in was an endless process because the computer and credit card machine were EXTREMELY slow. Amenities were nonexistent. With no restaurants in walking distance, it would have been good to have something other than microwave noodle cups! Then, the TV remote didn’t work and help didn’t show up. Ugh! No more Ramada’s for me!👎"

"The hotel reeked of cigarettes and body odor. As i walked down the hall I heard a couple engaging in activities. Sheetrock was crumbling in the elevator. They moved my room bc the key wouldn't work. After i got into the room i wouldn't put my bags down. I walked out and checked out immediately and booked a hotel a few miles away. The desk agent was so nice and apologetic. This hotel has changed since I used it 3 1/2 years ago. "
