We arrived to stay overnight at this very well presented hotel lovely and comfortable accommodation with a bar facility and 24 hr reception , Breakfast was served professionally and with quality food. Bonus for my family is the hotel is situated close by to our relatives in ELLAND ,HALIFAX ,so we will be staying again very soon , Hotel staff keep up the good work Very enjoyable stay

We booked the Fortune Hotel to use as a base whilst we were attending a wedding near Halifax. The hotel is in an ideal location just off the M62. In fact the motorway runs right alongside the hotel however don't let that put you off because you wouldn't know due to the excellent job they have done at the hotel to eradicate the noise. I like everything about the property, especially the staff. The morning breakfast was top notch. The staff was helpful, the building was excellent. Honestly, I like everything about the property.

Ashley was the best host. Very professional. We would definitely recommend Ashley and his lovely assistant Lisa, very accommodating and nothing too much trouble. We shall be staying there again. The breakfast is to die for, locally sourced and delicious. You could not ask for more it was all provided and presented with love. Jason & Katlyn in particular but all the Marriott Staff were genuinely friendly & attentive. The deluxe room was as depicted & described, with cleanliness levels to be applauded. The Marriott Leeds, I would highly recommended for its central location, the incredible staff, doorstep retail diversity, & global cuisine dinning options all within easy walking distance. We will be booking the Marriott Leeds again for our future visits to City.

An excellent inn/accommodation with good food and reasonable prices. An old inn, much extend and beautifully decorated. Room are in the pub and 2 outside buildings. Only issue I would have is parking and access. . The site rises to the rear, both to the parking and the outside buildings. I use a walking stick and could just about manage the slopes and the stairs but severe walkers or wheel chair users would not. There is disabled parking (and electric charge points) availed. We stayed in room 410, it was a beautiful room, lovely decor & finish, a very good size too. Comfortable bed & bedding, the pillows were far to soft for our liking though. We were slightly dubious about potential noise as the room was next to the lift & across from the kitchen but it was surprisingly quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

We love this hotel! Such friendly staff on reception and the concierge. Perfect location, rooms are well equipped and quiet. Love the cocktail bar. Only downside for us was breakfast but now we book room only and eat elsewhere.

Excellent hotel. Very peaceful and relaxing. Stunning countryside views. Great food, great service and excellent staff all round. Perfect for business or pleasure.

This appears to be five star in every way, great bar and restaurant, excellent breakfast. Rooms are elegant and spacious. Staff could not do enough for us, they were all very well trained and offered excellent customer service. Fantastic modern beautiful hotel.
