I took a paper cup to take some tea to my room after our breakfast at the hotel cafe, but a young tall waiter stopped me and told me that the paper cup is only for people who buy takeway. "There are 3 untrue information on the hotel description including map location, nearby, and getting around. When I found out the hotel is not located at Xuhui and cannot get there by metro, I asked to cancel and refund, but cannot get refund. It is luck for us to find out the errors early and get into trouble at night with luggage. "

"I am a returning guest to this hotel. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms. It is convenient to access shops and a supermarket. You can reach to a bakery, a food court and more formal restaurants without walking on the street. The staff is super friendly. Especially, I would like to mention Eve, a front desk staff. After knowing that I could not order a gift item from Taobao due to lack of domestic payment methods, she gladly helped to order it for me. In the end, the gift item was timely arrived for me. "The property is right on shopping mall, all 3 levels have restaurants, 5 minutes walking to Baoyang metro station but fr here to East Nanjing st. about an hour, I bought 3 days metro ticket at the entrance costing around $7 US dollar. Too cheap. I booked this place because its just few miles fr Chinese cruise terminal which we booked 6/5 d/n to Jeju island and Japan. Also the manager helped us to printed cruise tickets, thanks for that. "
