It was a pleasant stay. We arrived around 11pm and we wanted to eat but restaurants in the hotel were closed. We ordered room service but it took an hour to bring to our room though we were told that it'll take 20mins only. But overall stay was good.

Overall great, but the location is not the best. Breakfast needs improvement, except for the fruits and eggs. Don’t understand how ikea’s cups end up in a 5 stars hotel.. I don’t want to drink my morning coffee or tea in these. It’s the first time in my life that I see that. Staff and room were great.

It’s indeed the 5 stars experience that we are looking for our vacation. Front desk ladies and men were very nice and they’re there to assist you especially with language barrier.
