This hotel was just OK. The staff was a bit lacking in attention to the customers.

Friendly staff but I was given someone else’s room key when I arrived and no towels in the next room. Cleaning staff were very noisy in the morning. Room is very basic

The hotel's proximity is not that close to transit and eventhough the hotel offered a shuttle, that shuttle only ran every 30 mins and only until 5 pm in the evening. a bit early, so we didn't get the chance to use it very often.

I stayed only for one night to visit the embassy. It’s on a little street walking distance to embassy, outside food stands (my fave is close to Novotel) and restaurants. It’s modern and I had a wonderful albeit brief stay.

The room had no hot water! The bedroom had very little AC. The staff was excellent!! They greeted me with a smile and were very helpful and friendly! Benz and Shil were great!!

It is near US embassy and easy to go anywhere but if you go airport it take about 50 minutes in traffic jam

Delivered what was promised. Comfortable room and bedding. Quiet area. A bit off the beaten track if you are looking for night-life and shopping. Basic breakfast offering, nice self-service coffee machine.

10/15 min walk to the sky rail. Taxis and Tuktuk will cost a lot to get around. There’s a shuttle to the rail but we could never make it as it was infrequent Thx breakfast is very good. The room could be cleaner and the place had a smell. The front desk is alright. The tour desk is very inefficient and tried to book us for extra things. It is an okay place to stay in Bangkok but not excellent experience

We were there 4 nights. Great breakfast, it was absolutely delicious with courteous service. Beware of the tour desk staff as they speak very poor English and they tried to scam/overcharge us by selling us cruises and extra taxi tour deals. Not too impressed with the staff at reception desk. The hotel is a solid 15 min walk from the sky rail and main road. Apparently there is a shuttle service but it was never available whenever we needed it. Taxis and tuktuks try to overcharge near the hotel to go just about anywhere. It was hard to get metered taxis and we did the trek to the sky rail majority of the time. In our room it was quiet during the week but I think weekends can be a different story. Hotel filled up on Friday night and there were very loud guests next door and cigarette smoke filtered into our room our last night there. I guess for busy Bangkok, overall if is okay but not excellent.

The hotel was really nice. I thought I got a really good deal. It was under $100.00 with breakfast included . Till the morning came and realized breakfast was served a few buildings down at there sister hotel. I had no time since I was in a rush. That is when I asked if I could book another night. I needed to do other stuff. The rate came out a little over 1/4 of what I paid. I thought maybe it was the breakfast thing. That afternoon I came back and wanted to go swimming. The pictures showed a beautiful pool. Again , I had to go to the sister hotel to use the pool. I’m not upset at the hotel. They were wonderful. Now I understand the price. I’m upset with Hotels.com for not letting me know and charging me for it.
