This is a property solely for Bangkok hospital related customers, very i deal for medical purpose, nothing other then that, but bit expensive, mostly 200 plus. But for the purposes its fine, property is fine, I am happy to pay considering the location.

At the time we arrive the hotel was under renovation, as the hotel entrance was from the side and not clearly marked. The reception desk was on the 2nd floor in an apartment.
No limousine to fetch from airport. Called up the hotel to cpme and pick me up, charged me baht 1,500 and pcr test charged me baht 2,500
Normally charges is aroind baht 2.000. When I depart to go to airport by taxi, the meter is only baht 190. Bad experience. Wonder how many tourist staying at this hotel will exprience this

Good choice if you are using nearby Bangkok Hospital. Food better at Buttercup than hotel restaurant. Minor damage on tables, etc that should be repaired and probably will when economy gets better.

Modern classic hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good. The rooftop pool tops it all. I highly recommend it.

They forced you to buy the breakfast for the entire stay or it would be more expensive at the restaurant
They didn’t honor the 30% discount from expedia.
Location was ok for my business trip working at the hospital. Not a convenient location ofherwise. Service was mostly friendly.
The hotel advertises on their website complimentary shuttles for the train and mall, but they only offered a shuttle to go two blocks to the hospital.
"Free area shuttle within 100 meters" true, but who needs a 100m shuttle. You will have to walk 100m just getting around the hotel.
"Free shopping center shuttle" - nope.
"Free train station pick-up" - nope.
Hotels.com should remove those on the hotel listing.
Had a roach in my room 4 days in a row, they were dead or dying so they are doing something to control pests. It was the start of the rainy season and I was only on the second floor so bugs are inevitable in Thailand. If bugs bother you, book or ask for a higher floor room (true for most hotels in Bangkok).

First and foremost, we are very happy that our location near Bangkok Hospital was suitable for your travel requirements.
Regarding our shuttle service, the reason why we have to offer this to Bangkok Hospital (which is indeed very close and a 5-minute walking distance from us) is to cater to guests who are undergoing some more serious or surgical treatments at Bangkok Hospital that may require them to be on a wheelchair or not in the best state to walk. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service to the nearest skytrain or underground train station due to the fact that the traffic on the route there and back can be quite unpredictable which would affect with shuttle bus schedules.
We are also very sorry to hear about the pests you found as a result of rainy season, please be rest-assured that we have informed the housekeeping department for further improvements as providing and clean and warm home away from home for our guests is our number one priority.
Hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again when you next return to Bangkok!

We have alerted the housekeeping department about your comments regarding the towels and bed linens to ensure that this does not occur again. We have a green card for guests to place on the bed if they do not need their linens to be changed everyday but if the green card is not placed on the bed, then the standard is that we would automatically change the linens. If this was not the case, we do apologise again and would like to rest assure that appropriate actions have been taken to prevent this from occurring again in the future.

I made the reservation for my family from 10-13/03/2019. I booked the TWO BEDROOMS SUITE fully payment.they were very angry for the room they got!How come your staffs gave them 2 SEPARATE ROOM which were far to each other instead of the 2 bedrooms suite!? It was not what I paid for! 1 of my family member is temporary disabled so the others were really hard to take care of her during their stay!Your staffs told them that THE HOTEL DON’T HAVE ANY ROOM LIKE THEY MENTIONED IN THE BOOKING(2 BEDROOMS SUITE)?So they gave them 2 separate room after letting them wait for almost 2 hours!
The check in time is 2-3PM right!? They had been waiting till near 5PM &still didn’t have the room for them?And the rooms were not what they expected!
Your staffs (the male receptionist) is Untrustworthy & Unprofessional at all!I called up& a guy picked up the phone,I asked him if your hotel have the TWO BEDROOMS SUITE, he answer “our hotel DO have” & then he said that the receptionist just asked my family to wait for “only 15 min” but they didn’t want to wait & they just took whichever available rooms! It sounds really FUNNY! It doesn’t make sense at all! Do you think it’s true that they couldn’t wait just “15 min”!?I don’t believe that your hotel could treat customers like that! it’s terrible! I told him I need the clear explanation&please get back to me via my email & he said that he’ll get back to me ASAP. so? 1 week passed, nobody gets back to me!

I have reservation for a 2 bedrooms suite but when my family came and did check in, the staffs said that there is no 2 bedrooms suitein their hotel and just gave them 2 studio rooms !! It’s crazy !! RIDICULOUS! I booked it and made the fully payment for the 2 BEDROOMS SUITE but finally what did they give to my family???? Unbelievable that the big hotel will do like this ! UNTRUSTWORTHY! BAD HOTEL !

We have investigated this issue with the related departments and found that due to the high occupancy during the period you checked in, the Two Bedroom Suite you have booked was not yet ready upon the time of your arrival and would have required waiting for approximately another hour before being in the best condition to accommodate our guests.
The alternative that our team offered to enable you to check in straight away was therefore offering two studio rooms.
We do apologise if this was not communicated clearly and hope that on your next visit to Bangkok, you give us another chance to redeem ourselves and prove that your recent experience was not in line with our usual high standards.

Nice large rooms with bedroom, kitchen and a large table. Location isn't super convenient (Airport link rail is close, but its station isn't), but if you're getting a taxi to the airport then it's fine.

The hotel is situated on a back road which leads to a major hospital so it gets busy but once inside you can’t hear the traffic. The staff did an excellent job and were very polite and helpful. Restaurants are good and the food is excellent. The only drawback is the buffet breakfast which never changed. Overall I would give 9.5 out of 10

The service staff and restaurant staff was amazing! They are always willing to help. They helped us wave down taxis in the area. When the taxis' refused to use the meter, they told them to leave. Never ever get into a taxi that isn't willing to turn the meter on. They generally charge 2 to 3 times the amount. The breakfast buffet has a wider selection of local food than other hotels breakfast buffets, which I really liked. If I were to come back to Bangkok I would stay here. My room was spacious and bright. Very clean

This place was great. All the staff was so nice to us. Rooms were spotless, and wireless worked great. Ate at Buttercup cafe on site, wonderful food and service. Will return on my next visit.
Very clean and spacious hotel. Staffs are very professional, nice and honest. This hotel locate across street from Holiday In Express. I am highly recommend this hotel.
I arrived at the hotel after 8 pm and they were waiting for me and greeted me with smile and hospitality with a refreshing drink. They welcomed us and then they called me up to the room that was assigned to me and to me. Everything was ok and better than the previous time I felt that I did not leave my house. They are excellent and I recommend staying at this hotel.
The hotel is quite run down (lots of mould in the shower, smelled of cigarette smoke, dated/cheap furniture). The restaurant was not good food. Maybe it's good if you're getting an operation at the hospital, but we would never recommend tourists to stay at this hotel. The staff were nice, but not overly helpful. They informed us pretty quick that there were "a lot of arab guests" at the hotel which made us confused why they were telling us that at all.
The internet was down when we arrived but they remedied the situation immediately.
A nice and confortable hotel with very friendly and helpful stay always ready to help you. Rooms are big and well equipped. Breakfast buffet is good with a large choice . The gym is well equipped too with a nice view over the city. Very handy location near hospital.
