Staff were incredibly rude. We had a 1 yo with us, they insisted they had no extra bedding for a baby crib and gave us a towel for a sheet. When offered to pay for bedding they all if a sudden had some they came up with a ridiculous amount for it. A/C barely blew cold. Room was satisfactory for the 7 hours we were in it. The area is sketchy and definitely doesn't feel safe.

while checking in the lady at the front desk was kind of rude, wasn't friendly at all. tried asking questions later on that night and she was the same way. If your looking for a place to stay for a quick layover, it's good for catching up on some sleep. nothing really close by but you do have 7-11.

We stayed on night and were disappointed. The place was a few dollars/baht more than where we usually stayed and I rated that place at 5 stars, but at the last minute notice they were booked up. It was located down a street that I was sure was wrong because of the narrow entrance and I don't think I would want to walk in the area.The pictures on Expedia showed a very impressive clean well set up hotel. In actuality it was the opposite. It had a smell to it, the room was about the most sparse I have ever stayed at in my 24 years traveling to Thailand. There was one small picture on the wall, the only decor. Everything in our room was absolutely old and the bare bones. I almost called to see if someone could make the A/C work. I set it as 19C and it did cool the room by morning. The mini fridge didn't really even cool the water by morning, the restaurant had a very sparse menu. I was going to get a massage as we had to wait a few hours to pick up our dog from the airport, it said it opened at 10:00AM but no staff was there, they did arrive when we were checking out at 12.00

It's convenient for being near the airport. Spent a day here and the room was disconcertingly smelly, especially the bathroom, which smelled strongly moldy or musty. The staff were nice, but I was there for too short a time to ask to change rooms.

The hotel staff was friendly along with airport shuttle driver. Shuttle leaves promptly on the hour. There is a restaurant and massage that shares the parking lot. This is a budget hotel close to airport for quick night's sleep before or after a flight. Room was clean enough and bed comfortable with consistent hot water in shower.

On arrival the hotel looked clean and tidy We found the lift and the room was full of mosquitoes We had to go out and purchase spray for the room A good airport shuttle was supplied

The property was noisy as my room was next to the lift and being an airport hotel people were coming and going all night. Get a room away from lift. I organized airport pick up but there was no sign of my name in any of the arrival waiting areas and I had to ask for help. Transport to the airport the following day was organized by hotel staff and that was very good. It's very basic but the rooms were clean and bed comfortable. I'd stay there again.

I had an overnight layover in Bangkok (BKK). I got in around 2330 and decided I would get a few hours of sleep in a hotel and a shower rather than struggle at the airport. I picked this hotel due to the price and proximity to the airport. Honestly, it's an airport hotel, so the quality was meh. That said, the beds were clean, the shower was warm, and there was beer in the lobby fridge to buy (and water in the room). The hotel offers 100 BHT transport to the airport, which is worth the price. Would I have an extended vacation there? No. Would I get a room again when I need somewhere close to BKK? Absolutely. The staff was amiable, and I'm sure I wasn't the first to book a hotel after midnight that night.

This was fine for a one night stay to be near the airport. The plane noise was loud but we were so tired that nothing could keep us awake. Simple, clean, place to stay if you have a long layover. The airport shuttle was a huge plus.

Very basic room although not the cleanest. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable (also very small). The free shuttle service is great and the staff helpful. Convenient location.

I decided to stay near the airport and this was a great solution. they had a restaurant and massage shop in the facility. The staff were absolutely great and though it isn't the most luxurious, it was perfect for what I needed. I had to be at the airport at 4:30am and the shuttle was super convenient!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the shuttle to and from the airport made this location worth it. Air conditioning in the room which was a plus! Beds and room were... let's just say you get what you pay for.

Cons: Bed was semi hard. Bathrooms were old and run down. Shower head was giving out water in weird directions. Breakfast was ok. It was a hotel with the key card system. Once you leave the room the key card left with you. Which meant it will be very hot when you return. It’s off the beaten path. Pros: Great customer service. Rooms were large and clean. Transportation to the airport with a fee. Close to airport. Walking distance to laundry facility. Good pool. AC worked great. Kept the room cold. 2 great restaurants near by. They restocked room every morning with waters, toilet paper, Soaps and shampoo by leaving it at the front door. I really appreciated that.

A budget travel hotel that is pricey for what you get. The rooms and hallways are tired and worn. There is nothing to do in the area. The shuttle service is prompt but only leaves the hotel on the hour- so if you arrive at BKK at 15 past, you will need to wait an hour. The staff at the front desks and drivers were pleasant. The room is functional - if noisy due to the planes.

This is a great place to stay if you are waiting on a flight or just making a transit to another place. There’s an elevator! I was hesitant because all the reviews said there were no elevators, but luckily the time I stayed, there was one and it looked newly added too. Overall I will definitely stay again because I included the shuttle in my reservation which was very convenient because it covered round trip, from airport to hotel and from hotel back to airport. The staffs were very nice and friendly. My only complaint is the poor sound proofing because we could hear all the outside, hallway, and neighbors noises, so that was hard to sleep through. The room above my room had children in it so there were stomping and running all night which was really bothersome because if there’s going to be family rooms with small children, they should be put on the main ground floor so this doesn’t happen.

Pictures are a little deceiving, it wasn't as nice as the pictures appeared. Every airplane sounds like it's coming through your room as it is right at the end of the runway, very loud....
