Like another reviewer said, truely an oasis of quiet and calmness in a very busy city. All staff and customers very friendly and the location is fantastic just off of the main road. Very nice experience and I will stay again when in Bangkok.

If you enjoy Bangkok heat, yet wish your hotel room was slightly hotter than the street outside, this is the spot for you! All jokes aside, extremely nice staff, great location and the ac literally does not work, in a room with no windows.

The place is quite and clean and it’s only 10 min walk from Asok BTS. The pillows are not smelly compared to those much more expensive hotels near BTS. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only thing that is not good in my room is that the bathroom door can’t be closed. Maybe it’s broken.

Size of the room is great. And the hotel is always clean, smelling fresh. The staff is super helpful and nice. Amenities are in good condition as well. The location is perfect and quiet, restful sleep for sure - a bit of a walk to BTS and MRT if you don't mind it but a lot of cabs pass by as well. There are interesting food places around and decent commendable massage places for Thai massage fix.

This is always my base when I come to Thailand. It’s always a great experience. Nice cozy hotel with amazing staff, always so helpful and welcoming. Close to Terminal 21 if you want to escape the heat, BTS asoke less than 10mins walking. Lots of places to eat around. Best place to stay in Bangkok.

Nice little hotel, however a little far from BTS
Slightly far from BTS station. Wifi was not stable & slow. No choice on breakfast. Room is clean & pleasant however the key card power enable unit having some problem and occasionally cut off power in the room even the card key was inserted into it.

Cute place
Perfect location for exploring city. Kept extending my stay. Quiet area. Cute clean rooms. Nice modern washrooms. Small hotel. Handful of rooms. The staff at the front desk really make the place top notch. They are very helpful and kind. Great communication. A bargain. Stayed at other hotels nearby in the same price range but this place I'd do much better.

The front desk staff is amazing. Lots of advice and made the stay perfect. Had suggestions, and called cabs for me. quickly to remedy any issues. Great location lots food options. Close to BTS, but room comfort issues
I liked the location of the hotel a lot, but it's easy to miss when taking a taxi as it's down a little alley. Also, the air conditioning in my room couldn't be controlled so it was freezing as the temperature kept dropping in the evenings. On two nights, I even had to remove my hotel card altogether because it was so cold so I'd rather have no electricity in my room than freeze. The hotel staff couldn't do anything about it. When the AC isn't on, you can hear everything in the hotel - doors opening/closing, the elevator, people talking, etc. Probably wouldn't stay here again though I did like the location a lot.

Amazing price for that quality. Small room.
Great room. Clean. Modern. Good value: cost me less than $40 canadian all taxes and fees included. The room is little small. Not too far from Terminal 21. Very happy with it. Been to Bangkok many times. One of the best for the cost. Will go back.

Christmas travel
This hotel was convenient and located near the Terminal 21 which is interesting area of Bangkok. The hotel were very friendly and helpful to give aid whenever needed. My room was cozy and clean and I will stay there again on my return visit to Bangkok. Great places to eat only a short walk from the hotel.

Would stay again.
New hotel with modern rooms. Room was as pictured. Location wise it was a short walk to Asok BTS station, and there is a convenience store across the street. The hotel doesn't have a dedicated room for leaving luggage - it was more of a nook off the rear sitting room in the lobby. Staff checked me in promptly. Minibar had adequate selection.

The comfiest bed in Bangkok!
I've been travelling around SE Asia for the last three months, their beds are the most comfortable I've slept in during my travels and the shower is excellent! It's in a great location, less than 10 minutes to the nearest BTS station and it's surrounded by restaurants and street food stalls. Friendly staff. Clean room, a bit on the small side but very quiet. I stayed in 2 different rooms, the fridge doesn't keep drinks cool in both of these rooms so you might want to bear that in mind if it's important to you.

Excellent hotel - best I've stayed in at this price. Lovely, helpful staff. Close to sky train and metro. We trained at Yokkao which was 2 minutes walk away and a stunning park was 5 mins away for running. Thanks to all the staff who took care of us! We'll be back.

All windows were sealed locked, so it was impossible to open them and breath as they are blasting a strong lemon grass air freshener 24/7 through the air ventilation... I was totaly chocking in there !

The room was spacious, shower was excellent and bed was very comfortable. It is a bit of a walk to the skytrain or MRT but only about 10 minutes. I would stay there again.

So close to perfect. Just a few easy fixes away.
The building and rooms are great. There were a few things that could be improved: 1. The refrigerator in the room doesn't get cold at all. It barely keeps things cooler than room temperature. I had a fresh fruit juice go bad because I couldn't keep it cold enough. 2. The Internet speed is pretty week compared to other places I've stayed in Bangkok, and my room was right next to the wifi router. They just need to upgrade to a faster service place. 3. The sink is beautiful, but the faucet is set so far back from the center of the sink that it's difficult to use. They just need to move the sink basin closer to the faucet (or vice versa) so that water pours closer to the middle of the basin. If they were to fix these 3 things I'd give this place 6 stars out of 5.

bad location due to daily street flooding
The hotel is inacessible during rain. It is located on a little side street which gets flooded daily when it rains (which can be daily in BKK). The street clears up in a few hours or so, but until then, you can't get to your hotel room! Comfy bed. You only get one key, they don't want you to leave AC on even for a minute when you leave, so it gets really hot in your room, and as others noted, mosquitos come in freely through bathroom vent which isn't properly closed off to outside once power is cut off (when you remove the room key, again)

This is a fantastic place to stay, with a great staff. What's nice about this is you don't feel like you're in busy Bangkok. The rooms have a great design and one of the best beds I've ever had at a Bangkok hotel. There are plenty of great restaurant options on soi 16. Also, one major grocery outlet and another smaller one. You're a short walk to Asoke.

I stayed in this hotel on 3 separate occasions. Good location. Close to Soi Cowboy etc. Really nice showers with 3 separate shower heads. Very friendly and helpful staff. I have a buddy who is a smoker so this hotel did not work for him. They are very strict about their no smoking policy and they don't have patios to accommodate those who smoke. Also there's no pool which is a nice feature given the hot weather year round in Bangkok. Lastly, they need to upgrade their tv service. Very few channels, especially in English. But for me this is a solid choice. Good location, good price (better if you book online) and a nice and quiet place to sleep and relax.

Great little hotel!
I really like this hotel, its modern, clean - funky decor and i love the shower which has like 4 different showerheads! It was great value for money. Air con was great, girls were great at the desk. They had no porter, so the girls had to help me with my bag, but only short distance to driveway. I would def. stay again, a nice decent sized supermarket with deli and eating area just 100m walk, there are small cafes and some restaurants closeby, and they were setting up a local market when i left in the morning, only about 50 meteres away. Bed was very comfy. My only complaint would be that the TV has almost NO english channels, all thai. So they need satellite or cable for movies etc! Bit hard to find off Soi 16, only small white sign and they are just off the main road.

The Most Comfortable Bed In ALL of Thailand
I can honestly say I didn't want to leave the bed in this hotel! The mattress was amazingly soft and comfortable, they gave us 2 huge and soft pillows each and the comforter was beautiful. Aside from that the rooms are very cool and funky, very nice decor and a great size. We left our international adapters at home but no problems, the power sockets are international! The shower is amazing, with a rainshower head and also frontal nozzles as well. Overall, this was one of the best hotels we stayed in Bangkok. The location is convenient, about a 10 minute walk to Asok Station and Terminal 21 where you can eat or buy anything you want. There are a lot of street vendors on the street too and several convenience stores nearby. We will happily stay here again.

Great Boutique Hotel in Bangkok!
Lovely stay in one of the bigger rooms on the 5th floor! Great bed, pillows, shower!!! The only reason why I did not rate this Hotel higher is that I am used to both a twist type door lock and an additional bar and knob lock to be able to open the door slightly and tell Housekeeping that the room does not need to be cleaned. Otherwise it is a fantastic boutique hotel situated across Lawsons (24 hour Convenience Store) and very near a 24 hour Supermarket and 24 hour Pharmacy. It is along a quiet strip of road with other more expensive Hotels and Serviced Apartments. The Asok Exchange Tower BTS station is also a short walk away - you have the option to walk or ride a motorcycle to the station for 10 Baht. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Bangkok.

Room was okay, the environment was pretty decent.
Maybe I had a high expectation for the room - room seemed fine at the first sight. Then it did not take a long time until I realise that there are quite a few mosquito around in the room. I believe this is because the corridor is humid and hot as there's no AC turned on, thus mosquito might have come in when we open the door. They stop moving when AC is on hard, but flying around when I put up a high temp. Second, toilet handle keep crashing into the wall as there's no stopper to stop door being pushed until it reaches the wall. Other than this, they had very comfort bed, pillow and duvet. It would be best for you if you are not looking for a hotel with great amenity, but looking for a room to stay for the night after a long day of city tour. You can enjoy motorcycle riding from/to exchange tower for 10 Baht!
