Huge room! The pool is amazing! The bed is very very firm- not ideal for someone with back problems like myself. The view from the room was the best!

I would stay there again.
Extremely clean with great service. A little expensive though given how outdated the rooms are, but that's NYC! It's one of the less expensive places.

The housekeeper wasn't friendly at all, asked for MORE COFFEE as I have guests coming, I was given only 2 TINY PACKETS. BED WAS HARD AND MY PARTNER ENDS UP WITH STIFF NECK. 2 front office staffs, lady in in morning session n a guy in the evening session is much more helpful. Will have second thoughts for our next visit to BKK.

Lovely family apartment with views.
Awesome upmarket family apartment. Only downside was the sketchy wifi but we learnt later that it was a Bangkok wide issue compounded by internet providers closed for Songkran.

First off i booked to stay here for 3 weeks and left after two days. I wish i read the other reviews. There was bugs in my room. The towels were old worn out and torn. The property is is falling apart. The pool had ants around it and was old rusted and broken. No jets work in the pool and was freezing so rarely anyone used it. And when i wanted ti leave the front desk staff was rude. RED FLAG!!!!! Be aware they right your credit card down in a notebook not a computer and anyone can just take that notebook... So un secured i canceled my card when i left. Went to The Quarter Ari. Was amazing hotel

Excellent Stay at 39 Boulevard
39 Blvd is perfect for families. We used the pools, indoor playground, footsol indoor court, kids room with the balls and slides. It was perfect for our 4-year old. He even found some kids there to play with. The shuttle from the hotel was excellent. The staff was great and upgraded our room to have a pull out sofa-bed for our son.

Staff who care.
I had asked for an early check-in as my flight arrived very early morning. Although not having a room immediately available,I was able to access my room 21/2 hours earlier than the normal check-in. The staff are wonderful, from the reception desk who always say good morning and attend to any request promptly,.to the chief security man who always has a smile and never seems to forget a face and the shuttle-bus drivers. An example:- my partner and I were early waiting for the shuttle-bus to leave on its regular trip, when the driver, an off-sider and a woman with a very young boy descending on the bus. The boy apparently had suffered a heat stroke and was not in a good way. The driver and his off-sider had their heads out of their respective windows, yelling for the traffic to give way and allow them through. This occurred (even on Sukhumvit!) and we arrived at the hospital in good time. The boy was treated and recovered. This is just an example of the staff's caring attitude and is the reason I return to this property every time I visit Bangkok.

Spacious Appartment - Great Value
Basic furnishing, a bit tired, helpful friendly staff but good location close to some good restaurants. Choice of 2 pools, tennis court and games area are great for kids. Overall simple but good value for money and nice quiet location away from the seedy area but close enough if needed.

Good for family vacation
We are travellers, which mean we usually use public transport. The Hotel is too far away from BTS and metro station, although they provide shuttle car for BTS but still very inconvenient. But the hotel are good for family vacation for they provide very good facilities. Definitely will come back if have family.

Location of hotel was good but the whole trip was ruined when I discovered my luggage lock and a plastic bag I had for my shoes was missing off the dining table. Talked to the front desk and they called housekeeping who said they knew they threw away my plastic bag but not the lock. Not sure how they can remember throwing away a random plastic bag? Bad customer service. They pretended to check our room again while phoning back to see if I had left yet so they could ignore me.

Ideal for grandchildren
7 year old had lots to do and the 1 year old loved it in the small outdoor swimming pool looking out over Bangkok, she did not want to get out. I very family friendly place in the middle of Bangkok which is not easy to find
