This property is amazing, My kids still think this was the best hotel in our month-long vacation. They loved the kids club, which was amazing, and we loved it too since it gave us free time to go to the spa, which we used twice, the beach, etc. The best place for families with young children

Just wow! What an incredible hotel from arrival and fresh drinks and biscuits, to the incredible and attentive staff, and the amazing grounds and facilities. We had an amazing break at this hotel and would recommend to anyone travelling to Phuket who wants to be in the quieter North away from the more hectic main areas. So many amazing restaurants and things to do in the local lagoon and town area as well.

Best customer service, staff are always there to assist and provide exceptional service. They are always there for you! The rooms were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was great and the food was delicious. The spa services at oasis was great. The resort pool was clean and they had sea scooters for kids to play in the pool. They also have few restaurants on the property but we tried only 2 and bother were great. We tried saffron and the poop bar cafe that had burgers and other quick food and food and drink both were good. and ordered some room service. Overall we had the best time and already thinking about coming back.

Excellent stay and we were well looked after by the superb manager (Salah) and his team. An initial issue with an older villa was rapidly and sympathetically resolved.
