The biggest downfall of this hotel is no airport pick up drop off as it is quite a walk which I wouldn’t want to do again because there are other hotels in much nearer but I couldn’t afford the hotel itself

This property was in a perfect location and was very clean. Lots of places to eat and drink around it but also quite if you are not wanting to be right in the hustle and bustle, however it is a 1 minute walk away.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel location is extremely convenient, near major shopping centers and public transportation.

Place was clean with excellent staff service. They were attentive to our honeymoon and decorated the room for us complimentary. Our shower leaked slightly but overall great location and good standards.

Fabulous stay as always , it’s our 7 th time at the Chatrium. Beautiful room - 1 bedroomed suite with fantastic river views. Breakfast is first class. Service brilliant. Wonderful staff. Friendly, attentive and helpful.

Great hotel in a good location. The room was an excellent size with a great sized bathroom. Comfortable bed and plenty of charge points all around the room! Excellent service from all staff who were friendly and attentive at all times!

The property is in a great location. The room was modern with plenty of room for our luggage. The 2 pools were well kept although we spent most of our time out exploring. There is a 7 Eleven next door (where we bought a cheap tourist sim for our phones) and it’s a relatively easy walk to Khao San Rd, Grand Palace and Phra Arthit Pier where you can get on the hop on/off tourist boat and which is a great way to see the sights. The shuttle bus was easy to book , staff were helpful. There was a huge amount of redevelopment in the hotel, but it did not affect our stay. Good job.

Transfer ferry to attractions

This is the perfect location in Chinatown for sightseeing. English speaking staff and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a room with a view which was great. Will go back again if visiting Bangkok again.

This is a belter of a hotel. Great location for the Metro and BTS (10 minutes walk). Loads of street food nearby. The roof top pool is good to relax in, not to train as an olympic swimmer. The hotel itself is great. It has la laundry room and a vending machine, no restaurant, but hey who cares with so much lovely street food around. The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond to help you. I cannot rate them highly enough they make the hotel what it is. We would definitely stay there again...

We stayed here 3 times already and was impressive since our first visit. Such a great small hotel and fantastic location near airport. Thai food was great. There is a swimming pool located on the second floor but not for kids.
