Ensuite, ce que nous avions réservé sur Hotel.com ne correspond en aucun point a ce que nous avons eu. Nous décidons de redescendre à l'accueil, mais surprise plus personne. "Although the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained and made up for it with its fridendly and helpful staff. A specail thank you to Maya at receiption, who make out check in smooh and welcoming. The location is not the most convenient, especially for getting to the main shopping and transport areas, but we appreciated that the hotel provideds a complimentary shuttle service, which was very helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"I went with family and extend family, booked two family rooms although I needed only one family room and one coupe room. Some limitation on Expedia app. Managed to get a check in early very helpful staff. Rooms themselves were quite nice with good comfy beds and filtered drinking water avaliable. "Fantastic projection tv in room"

"Had a really good stay at Courtyard by Marriott Melaka, check in was a breeze, the front office staffs are very friendlt, the room was clean and spacious, bathroom for the city view king bed had a bathub in it, strong water pressure from the showers, buffet breakfast was good too, enjoyed the pastries and coffee from the espresso machines. Their room service “at your service” was great, requested a firmer pillow and they delivered. Will definately return to this hotel if in Melaka."

"Large room and clean"

"Great location and value for money "

"Air conditioning was working but not strong. Able to cool the room but was noisy and felt stuffy during midnight. Location is the best, breakfast was ok. Overall very affordable with secure parking"

"Front desk folks were a little grumpy. Not rude or anything, just seemed like we were intruding on their time when we were checking-in and out. Overall hotel vibe is like a budget hotel. But we chose the hotel for the location which is walking distance to tourists attractions. In that sense, they met expectations."

"Clean room. Nice decorations. Friendly staff"

"Best location, good service and friendly staff. "

"Lovely locations, safe area and access, friendly staff."
