"Good location, large room"

"I was very pleased with the hotel, location was awesome, we were out everyday riding the BTS. The hotel offered free shuttle to the BTS which was very convenient. The staff was very helpful with things to do, their excursions cost more than if you planned it yourself online. Also, we found using Grab (uber) instead of local taxi which was much cheaper. Beware of those that solicit outside of the hotel they try to sell you excursions, their prices are double the cost. I had an absolutely great time."

Wonderful to see and hear the ongoing advice and training from senior staff. Performed with guidance and grace rather than the negative “direction” I’ve seen at other establishments. Finally, the breakfast buffet was awesome. One of the best multi cuisine I’ve had in 45 years of travel. All a credit to Hyatt Erawan Bangkok management."
