I have no complaints about this hotel. They were almost completely booked but still managed to get me and my family in a room. The hotel was very clean from the lobby to the room, the breakfast was decent and had a good variety of things. I would recommend this hotel for sure!

Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel
The staff was wonderful. The rooms and facilities are dated and need work. Wish the cost included breakfast or there was a rooftop bar. The waterfront restaurant was closed the whole time we were there. Perfect location for anyone wanting to visit the inner harbor.

Check in was smooth and easy. We were able to check-in online and simply picked up our room keys at the service desk. Staff was very friendly and kind.
