We did not enjoy our stay at the Hilton. It was one thing after another that did not make things easy for us. The front desk was nice. We were unable to park or unload our luggage out front the day we arrived. We had breakfast at the hotel and our server only came by once and there was no food out in the buffet.

Stayed for a weekend series of baseball. Very convenient, Camden Yards is right across the street. Short walk to Pratt Street Ale House (great food and drinks) Only negative was parking, apparently the city controls the garage (that's what I was told) and they upcharge parking for the ballgame, so the garage was full, and we had to park across the street at the Marriott. Otherwise, Rooms were great, front desk staff was friendly, getting an elevator was a hassle (hotel was full of baseball fans) there were always long lines for the elevators. Even with the parking and elevators, was a very nice property.

I'll start with the fact that we were here during the Orioles vs. Phillies series so it was pretty busy. Parking was extremely limited but the staff got us a spot no problem. We stayed Friday to Sunday and the room service was pretty loud when they came around to each room and there were a lot of families with small kids who were running and screaming in the hallways which came into the room. Food options were limited in the hotel and outside had a massive wait due to the crowd brought in for the game series weekend and for Pride. The front desk associates were nothing but nice and extremely accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.
