Room did not smell good. It feel like mold. Gym was not comforting, not water, no AC. Staff had no idea handling account. I was charged twice for the same reservation and no one could help me. Still waiting on refund. Only one (out of 4) staff member was able to help me and was very friendly by the way. The rest had no idea how to solve. Very poor continental breakfast. No room service unless we requested it. Towels were neither clean nor fresh. Not recomendable at all

We loved the proximity to the destinations we were visit ing. It was a relative 15/20 minute walk to the Aquarium and a quick short walk to the stadium. The onsite parking was helpful as we left our car and felt it was safe (even on the top level!) the staff were super helpful and friendly. We were disappointed with the continental breakfast options. They were sparse and often empty. The room was safe and hallway quiet- our key lock definitely needs replacing as we had trouble accessing our rooms multiple times throughout the stay. Not sure where the smoking rooms are located but the hotel had a residual smoke smell Not bothersome for us but for families/children with asthma it definitely could be a problem. Overall we were happy with our stay and outside of a few hiccups we wii ok idk select this hotel for the walkability again!

It was very disappointing, not to have a restaurant and a bar in the hotel. I was never informed it was under construction and it didn’t look like they were doing construction on it either. The location is fantastic.

This place was not very clean and the staff was very unhelpful over the weekend. Seemed like this place was doing the minimum but trying to nickel and dime customers to squeeze extra money out of them at all times. Extra charges for parking and early check in are unfair. credit card is being charged more than what Expedia told me the final cost would be. Called Monday morning to review what what the increased costs were and they couldn’t find my reservation. Gentleman that answered the phone seemed annoyed and bothered.

The staff was friendly. There was no pool, kitchen, business center and the free breakfast was just cereal and dry muffins. Our room had peeling carpeting, the toilet seat was loose and sink was broken.
