"I liked everything at and about the hotel. The commitment to design and style was not only attractive and pleasant, but appeared to be genuine and integral, rather than a gimmick or some kind of add-on. I also got the impression that the staff, especially those working in and with the kitchen for breakfast, genuinely enjoyed being there and worked hard to convey that impression. "Quirky hotel. Rooms very comfortably and homely. Right next to arena which is very handy if you are going to the concert, but can be a little annoying if you are not. There was a dance party on a Saturday night and the deep bass thump thump was coming through the room… I would guess this didnt happen often and no fault of the hotel"

"This is a great location in the city because is near the train station (Hbf) where the S- & U-bahn, buses and taxis are plentiful. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and nonsmoking. It is an older building and has an elevator, but there are often steps to negotiate on each floor. "
