nice big room but very bad internet, as a business hotel not suited at all. Also I had asked for a quiet location, amongst other kind online request, which sadly seemed to fall on deaf ears. Bar staff super friendly and i could feel as a guest there was a good respectful friendship amongst the team.

The hotel is located in an easy accessible are with 2 stations nearby including one that has a link to the airport. There is too much directly in the area for food, drinks and shopping but with the easy transport links you are never far away. The staff are extremely helpful and the hotel is extremely clean, modern and nice. The only slight negative I would have is that I visited during a warm spell in the city and the air conditioning wasn't that powerful and unfortunately didn't cook down the room that much

Modern hotel in convenient location a short walk from Berliner station. Rooms are comfy but have no desk or easy place to work. Food and drinks are great but service is slow.

Excellent hotel, clean and family friendly!

Really clean hotel with arcade games (free) for the young ones. Didn’t get a chance to check out the hotel food, but it was a nice touch to have flavored water and treats in the lobby. Gym didn’t have air conditioning and was too hot to exercise. Extremely friendly staff that were happy to help with any tourist related questions. Water at the front desk to take up to your room for free and in nice glass bottles to cut down on waste. Located a block away from the train station, .5 miles to a nice supermarket, and restaurants nearby. Excellent hotel in Hamburg!

The heating system doesn't allow guests to adjust the room temperature as they like so I felt really cold on my winter trip. The hotel seems understaffed. The main bar is closed until 12pm or 4pm so no coffee or anything other than vending machines in day time. They provide small size quilts even for double beds. On the good side, they have really nice breakfast options but its above the average cafe price (21€). The location is also nice, just 5 mins to the train station. There are no lots of cafes etc. around tho.

A gem of a hotel!

My friend and I ended up picking this hotel because it was such a reasonable price and looked nice, but what we didn’t know what just how nice and convenient it was! The hotel is right down the block from the nearest S-Bahn station which has a stop at the stadium, so if you’re in town for a show at Volksparkstadion, this hotel is perfectly located! It also was a short train ride to the central downtown area of Hamburg, but you can even walk that distance in what I want to say was like half an hour! The area is also quiet and super safe! The staff was also so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Even with things like us needing scissors at one point, they were there to help us! We didn’t get to spend as much time at the bar as we should have, but my friend and I both got espresso martinis before leaving for the concert, and the bartender made KILLER espresso martinis! The rooms were super comfortable and cute, with plenty of outlets by the beds for charging phones (ALWAYS appreciated!). The bathrooms were also nice with a heat light for when you get out of the shower and great water pressure! If we’re ever in town again, my friend and I agree that we would 100% book a stay with NYX Hamburg again!

Die Betten waren bequem, es war sauber und da wir ein Zimmer zum Innenhof hatten war es überwiegend ruhig. Morgens gegen 4/5 Uhr kommen die Lieferanten und es wird kurz laut im Hof. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle nett und freundlich. Direkt um die Ecke fahren Bus und S-Bahn ab, so dass man relativ schnell mitten in der Stadt ist. Parken ist am Wochenende in den Seitenstraßen kostenlos, erst ab Montag 09:00 Uhr wird wieder ein Parkschein benötigt. Die Tiefgarage des Hotels (24€/Tag) war während unseres Aufenthaltes voll.

Sehr gute Lage, unweit vom Hauptbahnhof. Die Bahnstation ist direkt um die Ecke und man ist damit schnell bei allen Ausflugszielen Hamburgs. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Zimmer an der Brandschutztür bei jeder Öffnung hat alles gewackelt. Bekannte hatten ein Zimmer mit Zwischentüre diese war auf beiden Seiten offen, erst nach DREIMALIGEN Beschweren und 14 Stunden wurde diese verschlossen.

Es ist super gelegen für einen Städtetrip. Nachdem es nur 1 Haltestelle vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist mit der sbahn. Außerdem gibt es eine Busanbindung für Hauptbahnhof, Jungfernsteg und Reepabahn.
