Check in time 2pm up to 3.30pm room not ready after I arrived they said cleaner clean the room. Checked in floor and bathrooms are wet. And lift out of service use the stairs all the time. We loved our stay at Kumu Beach. Very luxurious and the staff were so attentive and helpful. Fabulous view and you feel like you are a million miles from the hustle and bustle outside the gates. Would recommend to anyone looking for some chill time.
