We were under the impression it was convenient to shopping centres and for those of us who are from out of town this was not the case. Providing a shuttle service from the airport would have been helpful however to the airport was excellent thank you. "

"The Melbourne View is a good 4 star hotel . The Beds and linen are excellent. The shower head was great . Plunge pools sauna are not working at present and will take a lot of work to get back in running order so don't get your hopes up there to use them . "
