"Where to start? Alain & Marie were excellent answering all questions before our arrival organising including airport transfers and hire car (essential to get round). The villa is amazing, very clean, and has a very peaceful energy which a great reflection on the owners. The views of the ocean are something to behold l swear. "L'appartement "non fumeur" était sale et sentait la cigarette : odeurs, du gras partout dans la cuisine et sur la vaisselle, grosses taches sur le sol, lavabos et douches sales. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant notre séjour. Et malgré nos relances par la messagerie d'expedia et une réponse par mail nous indiquant que cela allait être réparé sous peu rien n'a été fait : c'est honteux de louer sans eau chaude ! Au niveau équipement : très peu de vaisselle et pas assez de couverts pour 4...

"The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived and when we asked for a cleaner, we were promised one who did not show up throughout our entire stay. We had issues with the temperature of the water in the shower (it was either too hot or too cold - no in between). Our bedding and blankets were unclean. "

"Very well stocked apt with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathroom/showers. Linen and towels included. Kitchen has everything you need including a washing machine. Unit has screens on windows and back balcony alowing you to keep windows open while A/C is off. Nice breeze between front and back balconies. There is a beach and supermarket walking distance as well as the very under rated Dodo traffic circle. "Stand beside a Dodo". Main shopping mall is about 3 km, (2 mi), away. Apt faces inward toward pool area...

"Overall, the property was well kept, change of bed linen and towels were frequent, well ventilated, there was building work next door which created some noise, but was unavoidable. The position of the property was well positioned for the beach and restaurants."
