"Lovely hotel on excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was large, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Tea & coffee provided, with biscuits which were restocked daily. Excellent breakfast, lovely staff. Good, well priced restaurant menu. Would recommend."

"Quaint hotel in Ross on Wye. Located on the Main Street with a small car park available. Rustic feel to the place, wonky stairs (although there is an alternative flight)! Room was well equipped with modern amenities and bathroom. Breakfast cooked to order with lighter options available. Good selection of beer on draught. Iโd happily stay here again if in the area."

"We had bed and reakfast, very good value. Good location right in the heart of Hereford and close to the Cathedral. Parking at the rear of the hotel is limited. Very nice breakfast and staff were wonderful."

"A lovely hotel in an idylic location. Car park is ยฃ8 for 24 hrs paid through the hotel, breakfast was good and plentiful and the room was large and quiet. There are evening meals served here and also a pub next door with meals and riverside seating. 1 min walk to the ferry that can take you across the river to another pub that serves food all day. Had a great night stay here and I will be back."
