The property is the same as in the photos, but when it was new. It needs maintenance inside, in the rooms and bathroom. It is located very close to a main street, so you can hear all the noise from cars, people passing by, and during shift changes, you can hear the good atmosphere that the staff has.

Front desk was very nice & helpful. The suites are spacious & comfortable. The outdoor area beautiful with plants and clean. I would recommend tiles in the bathroom shower stalls for better hygiene & cleanliness.

the property is below expectations, not what is shown on hotels.com, in a very dirty neighborhood, the property floor was disgusting, no floor, just cement and they wanted to charge us extra for cleaning

Had difficulty reaching hotel. Ph either not working or voicemail was full. Poor communication on late check out. Hotel is maintained but area around not so good. Room not comfortable. Price too high for value. Beds are comfortable for 1.5 persons.

A 15 mn à pied du centre ville de Bacalar, cet hôtel a un accueil de qualité avec du personnel très sympathique et avenant. Petite kitchenette dans les chambres

De inicio el joven de recepción con muy mala actitud, todo el tiempo jugando videojuegos. Las condiciones de la propiedad difieren mucho de las fotos, tienen un desgaste significativo y le falta mantenimiento. Anuncian habitaciones con dos camas king size y en realidad no existen tales habitaciones, todas son matrimoniales. La habitación tenía un aroma muy considerable a humedad. Los calentadores de las habitaciones todo el tiempo se apagaban no había agua caliente, al solicitar al joven de recepción lo encendieran él respondía que el solo estaba para recepción, que hasta el día siguiente llegaba la persona de mantenimiento. En general mala experiencia.

Hôtel correct

Accueil sympathique. Rapport qualité-prix moyen. L'hôtel correct pour une nuit mais chambre sombre et avec une légère humidité car en RDC et elle ouvrait sur une coursive. Sol béton. Lits ok. Il y a une cuisine mais je n'ai pas vu les ustensiles (on ne s'en est pas servi) Sèche cheveux fourni sur demande. Pas loin de la place centrale de Bacalar qui est très sympa le soir.
