"What an amazing hotel! We loved the location in the modern and bustling Makati central business district. The area felt very safe and walkable with great malls and parks in the area. A stark contrast to Manila and the old town. The room was large and spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was as well with a great shower and a soaking tub. We had breakfast included and what a spread! It was delicious and plentiful, perhaps over the top. The service was impeccable and the staff were always so gracious, kind and serviable. I will stay here over and over again on future returns to Manila. "

"Hotel buffet is better than Hotel Savoy. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. Only complaint is that the elevators are slow and always packed with people. "

"Spectacular hotel, worth the extra money compared to other 5 star properties in the city. Great that à la carte breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails are included (including the famous Raffles Singapore Sling). Room is incredibly spacious and service is spot on. "

"We had a great stay! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Location is very convenient to shopping, eating place and places of interest! Every place that we want to go are mostly walking distance. The room is very clean as well! Definitely we will book again to this hotel."
