A lovely hotel in an old custom house on the square in the centre of Ordunia. Excellent food and well situated to explore on foot. Highly recommended!

Beautiful rural village location very close to Bilbao. Hotel listing says no parking however there is ample free street parking in the village so don’t let this put you off. Hotel is a family run business. Very comfortable, spacious, clean, tidy and modern rooms. Very comfortable beds and fantastic shower and bath. Beautiful scenery to wake up to. Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough

Fabulous hotel for visiting the Guggenheim but also walkable to all areas of Bilbao. Breakfast is perfect, everything you could want and more. Ate in the restaurant one evening and the food is superb and good value for a 5* hotel restaurant. Finally the staff are all friendly and helpful. All together a great stay.

I cannot rate this hotel and it’s staff highly enough. We visited in the middle of July just after Covid 19 restrictions were lifted. We drove from A Coruna and arrived after midnight. We booked one double room for myself, husband and small dog and a second for our 25 year old daughter. We received the most warm welcome despite the late hour and this continued throughout our stay. Great hotel right on the river - the perfect location. Easy walking to Casco Viejo and Abando, with the Guggenheim just minutes away. Our room was excellent, lovely and spacious for the 5 nights, with the comfiest beds. The hotel had a great bar with equally great food. Perfect for a nightcap or meal after a full day wandering the city. I would highly recommend and stay here again
