"I felt like I was at my Grandmother's house - this is a compliment because it was cozy (especially with the fireplace) and comfortable. Not so cookie cutter as most hotel chains I've used are very similar. My only complaint is I could hear the freeway from my room so I didn't sleep as well as I wanted."

"Clean and a beautiful view. But be prepared that if you have a downstairs room you will hear lots of clomping above you. Disappointing that the restaurant was closed as that was why we wanted to stay there. Overall nice but a tired room"

"Overall, our experience was great and we truly enjoyed our stay.
However, there was one incident on our last day that I felt needed to be shared.
During breakfast, one male staff member (appeared to be around 58–63 years old) seemed visibly unhappy and was handling dishes in a rough manner. There were several instances of loud banging and abrupt movements while arranging plates, which drew attention and created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
As a family traveling with three kids (ages 11–16), this moment stood out because it disrupted what had otherwise been a very pleasant experience. My children felt uneasy due to the noise and tension.
I have already reached out to management, as I believe this is something that can be improved for future guests.
Aside from this, everything else during our stay was wonderful. I hope this feedback helps enhance the experience for others."
